BioLight Israeli Life Sciences Investments Ltd. has acquired 21% of Micromedic Technologies Ltd.
Under the agreement, BioLight subsidiary Zetiq will be transferred to full ownership of Micromedic, and, in exchange, BioLight will receive 21% of Micromedic, plus options on a further 5% for 5 years.
