Amos Eiran – Chairman

Amos Eiran is chairman of Atudot, a major Israeli pension fund, chairman of the investment committee of Clal Insurance Group, an Israeli insurance company, and chairman of Tissera, a life science company specializing in tissue transplantation. He also serves as director of Delek Oil Exploration. Mr. Eiran has been a director of Medis Technologies Ltd.( NASDAQ : MDTL)since 1997 and is also a director of two subsidiaries, Medi Inc. and Medis El. Mr. Eiran served as director-general of the Prime Ministers office during Yitzhak Rabins first term as prime minister. Prior to that, he was director-general and chairman of Mivtahim, the largest pension fund in Israel. From 1993 to 1995 Mr. Eiran served as a Director of XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd., a company presently traded on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Eiran recieved a B.A. from American University in Washington D.C. an M.A. in History from Tel Aviv University in 1974, and business degrees from Harvard University and the Wharton School of Business.

Dr. Ami Eyal M. D. - CEO and Co-Founder

A graduate of Tel Aviv University Medical School, and a specialist in general surgery, Dr. Eyal has focused his career on life sciences investment since 1999. Among the companies in which he has invested in and built are Can-Fite Ltd.; Spectrum Dynamics Ltd.; Raffael Medical Ltd.; C-Beyond Ltd.; and others. Dr. Eyal is the co-founder and partner of a new company specializing in Israeli regulatory affairs and clinical trials. Dr. Eyal served as a pilot and senior officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Dr. Gal Ehrlich, Ph. D., LLB. – CSO, IP and Co-Founder

Dr. Ehrlich is recognized as the leading Israeli patent attorney in life science-related fields. Since 1994, Dr. Ehrlich has been involved in the preparation of patent applications in a wide range of industries, including hi-tech, biotech, agrotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He holds a law degree from Tel Aviv University Law School and a B.A. in biology and a PhD in Genetic Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In June 2000, Dr. Ehrlich established Ehrlich & Partners, presently the leading and fastest growing intellectual property firm in Israel, with over 70 employees, including a team of 30 scientists.

Richard Naimer, LLB. - COO and Co-Founder

Richard Naimer is a partner and the International and Venture Capital Department at the law firm of Granot & Co. in Ramat Gan, where he specializes in venture capital investments, taxation and representation of start up companies in fields of information technology and biotechnology.
